• Comment: I called MrCool Cleburne out to diagnose my MrCool mini split that was not cooling in my house's media room. Brandon came out for the initial diagnosis. He found a leak in the inside head. He worked with MrCool to get it replaced under warranty. While he was here, he also inspected my main HVAC system. He immediately identified that the return system was undersized causing my system to work inefficiently.
  
  He quickly provided a fair quote for the warranty replacement of the head and adding additional returns to the main HVAC system.
  
  The completed work exceeded my expectation. The MrCool Cleburne crew was friendly and professional. They installed the replacement head, vacuumed and filled the system, checked for leaks, and performed standard maintenance. They also ran additional return ducts to the far rooms of the house and added a return in the conditioned attic.
  
  The results we fantastic. The MrCool system now provides nearly a 30 degree temperature differential (measured by me) intake vs output (20 degrees is accepted as typical). This indicated the system is functioning absolutely optimally.
  
  Additionally, the with the additional returns, the main central air is much, much quieter than before. I can barely hear it running. Also, the temperature variance between rooms has gone from +/- 3 degrees to +/- .2 degrees. That's a massive improvement!
